The Opportunity

As a Microsoft Intune Specialist, you will manage and secure Windows, iOS, and Android devices, enforce MDM and MAM policies, implement Conditional Access, and monitor compliance and security. You will also support users with secure access, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth device enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting, safeguarding company data while enabling productive use of mobile technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

  • Manage devices: enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance, and policies

  • Configure and implement Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning

  • Deploy applications (Win32, MSI, Store apps)

  • Apply security baselines, implement Conditional Access, and monitor compliance policies

  • Troubleshoot sync, enrollment, and device issues

  • Support corporate and BYOD devices (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android)

  • Work with Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and related integrations

  • Configure Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies across Windows, iOS, and Android devices

  • Monitor device compliance and security posture, providing regular reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management

  • Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and security policies

  • Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and multi-platform device configuration

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and device management

  • Hands-on experience with MDM migration projects

  • Experience with app protection policies and mobile application management (MAM)

  • Familiarity with Jamf or ManageEngine for multi-platform device management

  • Additional experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Azure administration
