The Opportunity
Join our innovative team as an AI Engineer – Optimization Systems. You’ll develop and deploy AI and optimization algorithms to improve resource allocation, build scalable data pipelines, and create tools to support AI models in production.
Collaborate with business and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world workflows, making a tangible impact while growing your skills in a high-demand tech domain.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement AI and optimization algorithms to improve resource allocation.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale datasets.
- Create tools and frameworks to deploy and monitor AI models in production.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into workflows.
- Communicate technical insights clearly to all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of optimization techniques and AI/ML fundamentals
- Experience with Python and libraries like Pandas, PySpark, NumPy, SciPy, PuLP, OR-Tools
Nice to Have
- Logistics or supply chain knowledge is a plus
- Tech-driven mindset to meet quality standards and user needs
