The Opportunity

The Generative AI Engineer plays a key role in designing and developing applications that generate creative content, extract valuable insights from unstructured data, and drive the transformation of business processes.

This position focuses on taking analytical applications from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring quality, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Working within interdisciplinary agile teams, the role involves close collaboration with AI engineers, product owners, and business experts to turn innovative ideas into impactful AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications for content creation and data insights
• Transform prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Apply modern software and DevOps practices in GenAI product development
• Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams
• Mentor teammates and support knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent experience
• Solid background in software development and scalable architectures
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Passion for Generative AI and continuous learning
• Excellent English skills (German is a plus)
