The Opportunity

 Hands-on AI expert who will be part of our AI-driven innovation. This role combines rapid prototyping of AI-powered solutions with mentoring engineering teams to master AI-assisted development. 

Key Responsibilities

· Build and iterate AI-enabled prototypes. 

· Integrate LLMs, generative AI, and machine learning into high-impact features.

· Validate feasibility and accelerate concept-to-MVP timelines. 

· Ensure prototypes can evolve into production-ready solutions. 

· Partner with product and domain experts to translate domain challenges into AI-powered solutions.

· Inspire an AI-first development culture across the engineering organization. 

· Lead innovation and design thinking with an AI focus. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

· Strong programming skills in Python plus one other language 

· Proven experience with AI frameworks 

· Track record of building AI prototypes or MVPs rapidly. 

· Fast prototyping mindset. 

· Telco knowledge (is a plus)
