The Opportunity
As Director of Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, driving growth, opening new markets, and building long-term client relationships. You’ll collaborate with global business development teams and delivery centers of excellence to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales strategy and execution in Bulgaria, with a focus on Telecom, Intelligent Communication, Public Safety and Finance sectors
- Identify and close new business opportunities, expanding our client base and market share
- Leverage Modirum’s AI and platform expertise to craft tailored solutions for enterprise clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pre-sales to negotiation and account growth
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales, business development, or account management
- Deep understanding of the Bulgarian market and strong local network
- Experience in Telecom or Financial Services is highly preferred
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead client meetings and present technical solutions
- Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a passion for innovation
